Awarded the A*STAR MPTC Partners Recognition Award which recognises the company's digital transformation journey.

Dec 2018

Awarded first integrated contract for F&B Establishment at Marsiling Mall Hawker centre, consisting of general cleaning, table cleaning, toilet cleaning, centralised dishwashing, and ATRS (Automatic Tray Return System).

Participated in CleanEnviro Summit Singapore 2018 featuring the newest technology in enhancing cleaning services management system.

April 2016

Invested in setting up an off-site centralised dishwashing factory at the Loyang depot, and expanded services to hawker stalls, restaurants, eating house etc.

Feb 2016

Completion of Loyang Depot re-built, a 60,000 sqm building comprising depot offices, training facilities, technical workshops, warehousing, staff quarter, equipment storage, and a recycling yard.

JUNE 2014

Launch of first Robotic Scrubbing / Vacuuming machine in Cleanmet 2014.

Feb 2014

Awarded cleaning contract for Singapore Airshow 2014, which is Asia's largest air show.


Awarded bizSAFE Level Star, which is the highest level in the bizSAFE programme promoting workplace safety, health, and security under the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council. The company also clinched Clean Mark Silver under the Enhanced Clean Mark Accreditation Scheme by the National Environment Agency (NEA) of Singapore.​


Commenced the project at Changi Airport Terminal 2, which was the company's big breakthrough. The company was also then awarded healthcare projects such as Khoo Teck Puat Hospital & Ang Mo Kio-Thye Hua Kwan Hospital.


Workforce has grown to around 2000, with the business expanding into the commercial, public housing, F&B, and industrial sectors. The Industrial Development Unit was also established to explore and strengthen on SOP, BCM, WSH and Operation Management system.



Obtained necessary ISO certifications, set up internal training department, and successfully expanded project references in Town Councils, industrial estates, and the Ministry of Education. Two new divisions — namely Pest Control Services & Waste Management Services, were also set up in order to better support the core service.



The company size grew to 500. With a service-focused strategy, the company gained more support from various government & private agencies, such as the former World Trade Center then managed by PSA and the Ministry of Education.
